British police have rearrested two men in connection with an incident at RAF Fairford airbase last month, Reuters reports. The men are suspected of assisting Iranian intelligence. A total of seven men were initially arrested in the case, but were all released on bail. The two individuals rearrested are a 24-year-old British citizen and a 25-year-old British-Iranian dual national. UK Prime Minister Andy Burnham has stated that Iranian involvement in the RAF Fairford incident is highly probable, a claim Iran denies. The investigation remains ongoing as authorities continue to probe potential espionage activities.
