In Prague, negotiations for a coalition government are ongoing, with Praha sobě offering STAN a majority of six seats on the city council and the position of mayor in a potential joint coalition with the Pirates. Adam Scheinherr, the head of Praha sobě, announced the offer. Under this arrangement, Praha sobě would hold three seats on the eleven-member council, while the Pirates would have two. STAN is primarily negotiating with the SPOLU coalition (ODS, TOP 09) following the elections in the capital city. Petr Hlaváček, the leader of STAN, previously stated that SPOLU’s non-participation in the coalition was unlikely. iDNES.cz is seeking comment from the Mayors (Starostů) regarding the ongoing discussions.
