Sri Suparni Bahlil, advisor to the Dharma Wanita Persatuan (DWP) of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (Kementerian Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral) in Indonesia, has encouraged women to proactively seek health screenings. The initiative coincides with the launch of Human Papillomavirus (HPV) vaccination programs across Indonesia. Bahlil emphasized the importance of regular check-ups and not delaying medical attention until symptoms appear. This call to action aims to promote preventative healthcare measures among Indonesian women. The DWP aims to improve the well-being of families within the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources through health awareness initiatives. Early detection is key to managing and treating potential health issues effectively, according to Bahlil.
