A fire that occurred in April at a gymnasium in Pacov, Pelhřimov region, Czech Republic, was the result of a dispute between a construction worker and his supervisor, according to police. The gymnasium, which was undergoing reconstruction, sustained six million Czech crowns in damages. A 20-year-old foreign national has been apprehended and charged with endangering the public. Police arrested and charged the suspect last Friday. He now faces a potential prison sentence of up to eight years if convicted. The investigation determined the fire was intentionally set following the argument. Authorities are continuing to gather evidence for the upcoming trial.
