On October 20, 2026, BARILGA.MN, an AI-powered platform, was launched in Mongolia to connect manufacturers, suppliers, contractors, project implementers, and consumers within the construction sector. The platform aims to centralize industry information, products, services, and business opportunities. The launch event was attended by representatives from government and non-governmental organizations, professional associations, over 250 construction companies, and partner organizations. Mongolia’s construction sector has experienced substantial growth, reaching 11.7 trillion MNT in construction and major repairs in 2025, with 25,817 new apartments completed. Currently, 8,413 licensed construction companies operate, employing 102,700 people. The platform addresses key challenges faced by companies, such as finding orders, reliable partners, qualified personnel, and effective marketing. BARILGA.MN integrates a knowledge base, smart search, a page builder, a CRM system, and AI management based on data accumulated by “Barilga MN” since 2007.
