The electoral committee of Łukasz Gibała has filed an appeal with the District Court in Kraków regarding a Friday ruling. The ruling mandated that the candidate for mayor of the city correct statements he made concerning the willingness of councilors from the Civic Coalition to cooperate. According to the Polish Press Agency (PAP), the appeal was submitted just before the deadline. The case will now proceed to the Appeal Court in Kraków.
