The death toll from a tragic road accident in Warack has risen to seven following the passing of minibus driver Oumar Yade. Yade succumbed to his injuries several days after a collision that had already claimed the lives of several passengers. Among the initial victims wereT were Yade's own wife and son, adding a profound personal tragedy to the disaster. The accidentR accident occurred as the minibus was traveling from Mpal toward the Grand Magal of Touba. The vehicle collided with a bus returning from the holy city, which was occupied only by a driver and an apprentice. Five of the seven deceased victimsL are residents of Mpal, where Yade was well-regarded for his professionalism and dedication.
