Vihiga County has released its mid-term review of its 2023-2027 County Integrated Development Plan (CIDP), indicating substantial progress. Governor Wilber Ottichilo presented the findings in Mbale, emphasizing the report’s purpose of informing residents about the county’s advancements. According to the review, the CIDP is currently 80 percent implemented. The assessment provides an update on key initiatives and their impact on the county. This review serves as a benchmark for future planning and resource allocation within Vihiga County.
