The Constitutional Court of Mongolia initiated a project to connect fundamental rights and freedoms to national art, and it has received financial support from Unitedl Group. The project centers around the book “Mongolian Human Rights and Freedoms: A Journey Through National Art History,” aiming to explain the principles of the Mongolian Constitution through artistic expression. The book features 36 artworks by renowned Mongolian artists, illustrating constitutional rights in a creative and accessible manner. Inspired by a similar project from the Spanish Constitutional Court, the book seeks to make complex legal concepts relatable to the public. Officials emphasize that the project highlights the inherent connection between law and art, recognizing both as crucial for upholding human dignity and freedoms. The initiative aims to promote a deeper understanding of constitutional values and human rights among citizens.
