Mayor B. Purevdagva announced plans to establish a new park and multi-generational playground on 5.5 hectares of land in the 9th khoroo of the Bayanzurkh district. This initiative is part of a broader policy to increase green spaces within the city's ger districts, supplementing existing sites like Rio Park and the National Park. To date, 74 out of the 85 required land plots have been cleared, with 11 remaining. The planned facility will include parking for 133 vehicles and dedicated play areas for children of all ages. Additionally, the project involves the creation of an artificial lake designed to mitigate flood risks. The development aims to provide essential recreational infrastructure for local residents.
