Ukraine has assessed the effectiveness of its domestically produced fiber-optic strike drones, revealing a ranking of its most capable systems. The recent evaluation, conducted in July, placed Beshket as the top-performing drone, followed by Deadliner Q1 and Vyriy Opto 10. These drones are notable for their ability to operate without relying on traditional radio signals, making them resistant to jamming. This characteristic allows the Beshket, in particular, to patiently await the optimal moment to strike, reportedly capable of loitering near a target for up to 48 hours. The rankings highlight Ukraine’s growing capabilities in drone technology as the conflict continues. This development indicates a shift towards more sophisticated and resilient unmanned systems in the Ukrainian military arsenal.
