Ukrainian security services have arrested two individuals in Kyiv suspected of working as Russian agents. The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) alleges the pair registered multiple Starlink terminals intending to support Russian military operations. These terminals were reportedly intended to facilitate guidance for missile and drone strikes on Ukrainian targets. Additionally, the agents aimed to identify and compromise Ukraine’s electronic warfare capabilities. The SBU stated Russian intelligence planned to utilize the compromised Starlink network for these purposes. The arrests highlight growing concerns about potential vulnerabilities within critical communications infrastructure during the ongoing war. Investigations are ongoing to determine the full extent of the alleged espionage operation.
