Two decomposed bodies were discovered floating near Diembéring, a locality close to Cap Skirring in Senegal. The bodies, identified as male, were found approximately three kilometers from the Cap Skirring fishing pier by a routine maritime patrol. Due to advanced decomposition, identifying the victims proved impossible. Local authorities, including the fire department and a nurse, were dispatched to the scene to assess the situation. On the order of the Ziguinchor public prosecutor, the bodies were buried in the fishermen’s cemetery. An investigation has been launched to determine the identities of the deceased and the circumstances surrounding their deaths.
