A Turkish cargo ship in the Black Sea was struck by drones, according to Turkish authorities and reported by DPA. The incident occurred approximately 37 kilometers from the Russian port city of Novorossijsk. At least three crew members sustained serious injuries as a result of the attack. Turkish officials have not yet identified the perpetrators behind the drone strike. The vessel was reportedly en route to the Turkish port of Samsun at the time of the incident. The attack raises concerns about escalating maritime security risks in the Black Sea region. Investigations are underway to determine the full extent of the damage and to identify those responsible.
