An exhibition titled "Lưu trăng" ("Preserving the Moon") opened in Hà Nội on the evening of September 10th. The exhibition features dozens of traditionally-made toys associated with the Mid-Autumn Festival, also known as the Children’s Festival. These toys have been meticulously recreated to offer a glimpse into past Mid-Autumn Festival celebrations. The display aims to preserve and promote the cultural heritage surrounding this important Vietnamese holiday. “Lưu trăng” offers visitors, particularly children, a chance to experience the joy of traditional games and crafts. The exhibition seeks to connect younger generations with their cultural roots through tangible representations of their ancestors’ festive traditions within Hà Nội. Organizers hope to foster an appreciation for the artistry and historical significance of these beloved toys.
