A three-party coalition comprised of the Hradecký demokratický klub (HDK), TOP 09, and a coalition of Pirates and Mayors, along with Změna pro Hradec, the Green Party, and KDU-ČSL, has emerged victorious in Hradec Králové. This alliance will form the next governing body of the city following recent elections. Pavlína Springerová, the current mayor from HDK, is set to be the coalition’s candidate for re-election as primátor. Discussions are currently underway to determine whether the Civic Democratic Party (ODS) will join the coalition as a fourth member. The future composition of the governing structure in Hradec Králové hinges on these ongoing negotiations with ODS. This coalition represents a significant political development for the city.
