Thai authorities have arrested five individuals operating illegal medical and dental clinics across Bangkok and surrounding provinces. The Central Investigation Bureau (CIB), working with the Samut Sakhon Provincial Public Health Office, raided five locations in Bangkok, Samut Prakan, and Samut Sakhon. Four of those arrested are accused of practicing dentistry without proper licensing. The operation yielded the seizure of 1,058 items related to the illicit practices. This crackdown aims to protect public health by targeting unqualified individuals providing medical services. Authorities continue to investigate and address the risks posed by unregulated medical facilities. The arrests signal a stronger stance against illegal medical practice in Thailand.
