Tanzania has experienced a notable rise in its customer satisfaction levels over the past five years. According to the latest data, the customer satisfaction score improved by 17.6 percentage points. This growth saw the score rise from 50.2 percent in 2020 to 67.8 percent in 2025. These findings were disclosed through the Tanzania Customer Service Index. The information was unveiled during the Tanzania Annual Customer Experience Conference held in Dar es Salaam. This trend indicates a positive shift in how services are delivered to consumers nationwide. The report highlights a commitment to enhancing the overall customer experience in the country.
