Swedish authorities have arrested a man suspected of aiding the perpetrator of last week’s sword attack at Brinellskolan in Fagersta. This follows the prior arrest of an 18-year-old who is already in custody and charged with murder and attempted murder. The attack, which occurred on Friday, resulted in the death of a 17-year-old girl and injuries to three other students. The assailant reportedly wore a historical soldier’s helmet and a balaclava during the attack. The 18-year-old was apprehended shortly after the incident. The newly arrested individual is accused of complicity in the crime, indicating potential pre-planning or assistance offered to the attacker.
