Students from the University of Muhammadiyah Bandung (UMB) Product Design program showcased sustainable fashion creations at Creavibe Fest 2026. The exhibit featured garments constructed from repurposed materials, specifically used plastic bags and denim waste. These materials, typically destined for landfills, were transformed into structurally defined clothing pieces. The festival provided a platform for the students to demonstrate their creativity and commitment to environmentally conscious design. The display highlights an innovative approach to reducing textile waste and promoting sustainability within the fashion industry. Creavibe Fest 2026 served as a venue for emerging designers to present their work and explore eco-friendly alternatives in fashion. The project demonstrates a practical application of sustainable practices in design education.
