Star Oil, an oil marketing company in Ghana, has donated GH¢1 million towards the construction of a new facility for the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) of the Ghana Police Service. This donation will contribute to an estimated total cost of GH¢11 million for the project. The new facility is intended to significantly enhance the investigative and operational capabilities of the CID in Ghana. Once completed, it is expected to bolster the effectiveness of the police force in addressing criminal activities. This contribution exemplifies corporate social responsibility within Ghana.
