A fire at a wood factory in Jinju, South Gyeongsang Province, South Korea, was fully extinguished after approximately eight hours. The blaze broke out in the factory located in Daegok-myeon. Firefighters worked to control and ultimately suppress the flames, preventing further spread. Authorities estimate the property damage to be around 500 million won (approximately $375,000 USD). The cause of the fire is currently under investigation. No injuries have been reported as a result of the incident.
