A smuggler was killed and a Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) member injured during a clash at the Haluaghat border in ময়মনসিংহ, Bangladesh. The incident occurred around 5:45 AM on Monday, October 12th, in the জলজলিয়া area, under the jurisdiction of the Telikhali BOP. According to a press release from the 39 BGB, the confrontation began when smugglers attacked a BGB patrol team conducting an anti-smuggling operation.
