Spiritual leader Sadhguru expressed regret over the timing of an Isha Foundation pilgrimage group’s trek in Nepal, following their disappearance. The group went missing amidst heavy snowfall in the Annapurna region. Sadhguru stated he wished the group had travelled later in the season, suggesting the current conditions were unexpectedly severe. He is in contact with the Nepalese authorities and the Indian embassy to coordinate search and rescue efforts. The foundation has established a helpline for families of the missing pilgrims. Currently, the search is hampered by adverse weather, making rescue operations extremely challenging. Uncertainty remains regarding the fate of the pilgrims while authorities continue their efforts.
