The attack had effectively paralyzed the real estate market, preventing notaries from accessing essential property records. The National Agency for Cadastre and Land Publicity (ANCPI) announced the restoration and stated that notaries can now obtain land registry extracts. The application is working to address the backlog of requests accumulated during the downtime.
