The Romanian Government approved a memorandum on Thursday to continue the FLEX and FLEX Abroad educational exchange programs for the 2027-2028 school year. These programs will provide scholarship opportunities for up to 70 Romanian high school students to study in the United States for one year. Simultaneously, up to 20 American high school students will have the opportunity to study in Romania.
