This offers a second chance for individuals previously unable to participate. The program will remain open until December 31st, 2026, or until allocated funds are exhausted. The initiative aims to incentivize the removal of older, polluting vehicles from the road. Details regarding the value of the “eco-vouchers” – the financial incentives offered – will be released alongside the program launch.
