The Direct Road Classics cycling series held its first-ever night time trial at the Vysočina Arena in Nové Město na Moravě, accompanied by a show of lights, music, and special effects. The event attracted a record-breaking 1,377 participants, eager to compete under artificial lighting. Robert Hula and Adéla Koclířová emerged victorious in the main races. The novel approach of a nighttime competition proved popular, creating a unique atmosphere for both racers and spectators. Organizers provided full facilities in Nové Město na Moravě to support the large turnout. This successful event marks a new chapter for the Road Classics series, potentially paving the way for similar nighttime races in the future.
