Senegal's national aviation and meteorology agency (ANACIM) forecasts generally unstable weather for the next 24 hours, including rainfall across several regions and increasing temperatures inland. Coastal areas like Dakar, Thiès, and Diourbel are predicted to experience light, scattered showers on Sunday. The southern region, particularly Ziguinchor, is expected to see heavier rainfall and thunderstorms later in the day. Several other areas, including Kolda, Kédougou, and Kaolack, have a moderate to low chance of showers. A rainy system will move across the northeast overnight and reach Saint-Louis. Temperatures may reach 40°C in central and eastern regions, while road visibility will remain good with light to moderate winds.
