Russia has agreed to immediately supply over 300,000 tonnes of diesel fuel to both the United States and the global market, announced US President Donald Trump. This initial delivery will be followed by further shipments of 500,000 tonnes in November, and then another million tonnes immediately after. A further three million tonnes are slated for delivery after that, bringing the total fuel supply to nearly five million tonnes. This move comes as the United States faces concerns about diesel fuel shortages. It is expected to help stabilize markets in the US and globally. The agreement represents a significant economic interaction between Russia and the United States in the energy sector.
