A recent survey reveals strong public support for implementing average speed control measures on Hungarian roads. The data indicates a willingness to impose significantly higher fines on drivers of expensive cars who engage in speeding. Furthermore, there is considerable backing for the confiscation of vehicles from repeat or dangerous offenders. However, opinions are divided regarding regulations concerning electric scooters. The survey highlights a general desire for stricter enforcement and penalties related to speeding and reckless driving behaviours. These findings suggest a potential shift in public attitude towards road safety and a demand for more robust measures to deter dangerous driving practices.
