A propane leak was halted at the Svinesund border crossing station Friday evening, according to police reports. Three individuals were exposed to the gas and are seeking medical attention at a local clinic as a precaution. The leak originated from an LPG tank on a vehicle within the red zone of the border station. Authorities were alerted to the situation around 9 PM and immediately established a 100-meter safety perimeter. Normal operations at the toll station were temporarily suspended during the incident. Police have since confirmed that regular traffic flow has resumed as the situation is resolved. No serious injuries have been reported at this time.
