The list includes key figures such as Mara Fatou Isidora, the President’s personal representative to the International Organization of La Francophonie, and Abdoulaye Bathily, a special envoy. Mamadou Ndiaye, head of the presidential protocol service, and Mariama Diallo, steward of the Presidential Palace, are also named. Ousmane Sene, head of the administrative and financial service of the Office of Architecture and Preservation of National Palaces, appears twice on the list, potentially indicating a data duplication issue. The omissions raise questions about transparency and accountability within the Senegalese presidency and extend to officials in other public institutions like the General Inspectorate of State.
