A recent survey reveals that over three-quarters of residents of Praha consider the lack of affordable housing and high prices a critical issue for the city. Traffic congestion is also a major concern for 71 percent of Praha’s inhabitants. According to Kantar, the “SPOLU pro Prahu” coalition – comprising ODS and TOP 09 – currently holds the highest electoral potential in Praha, closely followed by the STAN movement. Praha residents most strongly support the construction of municipal housing as a solution to improve housing affordability. A pre-election debate focusing on housing accessibility and prices, featuring leaders from ten leading political groups, is scheduled for Thursday at 8:07 PM. The debate aims to address these key concerns as the election approaches in Praha.
