Poland’s Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) is distributing nearly nine million packages to pensioners detailing benefit increases. These packages include information regarding pension and disability benefit revaluation, as well as details on the annual “13th pension” payment. The revaluation rate for 2026 has been set at 5.3 percent. The gross amount of the additional annual benefit will be 1978.49 Polish Złoty. This initiative will impact millions of Polish retirees and those receiving disability benefits. ZUS aims to proactively inform beneficiaries about these changes to their financial support. The payments are intended to help offset the rising cost of living for senior citizens.
