Police in Innlandet are currently investigating two grass and forest fires that occurred in the same area near Magnor. The emergency reports were received around 5:00 PM on Sunday. According to operations manager Pål Gjestvang, the primary hypothesis is that the fires were intentionally set. Authorities have already conducted interviews and seized several items as evidence. Despite these investigative steps, no suspects have been arrested so far. The police continue to work toward identifying the perpetrators of the suspected arson.
