The Papua New Guinea Forest Authority (PNGFA) received communication and video-conferencing equipment on June 12, 2026, to improve its internal operations. The equipment was provided through the European Union-funded Forestry-Climate Change-Biodiversity (EU-FCCB) Program, implemented by Expertise France. The upgrade focuses on enhancing Communication, Knowledge Management, and Visibility (CKMV) within the PNGFA. Alaric Vandenberghe, Project Manager for the EU-FCCB Program at Expertise France, presented the tools to Acting Managing Director John Mosoro. The handover was witnessed by key PNGFA officials, including Chief Operating Officer Magdalene Maihua and Director of Forest Policy and Planning Dambis Kaip.
