Peruvian National Police (PNP) have dismantled a criminal organization known as ‘Los Malditos Carroñeros’ (The Vultures). The gang comprised two Peruvian and two Venezuelan nationals. Investigations revealed a street performer, nicknamed ‘Morocho’, played a key role in identifying and profiling potential victims. ‘Morocho’ specifically targeted individuals for the criminal group’s activities. Authorities have not yet detailed the specific crimes committed by the organization, but confirm its disruption. The PNP continues to investigate potential accomplices and the full extent of the gang’s operations.
