A highly anticipated partial solar eclipse will be visible in the Czech Republic on Wednesday evening. The eclipse will begin around 7:19 PM Central European Summer Time (SELČ), with the peak occurring between 8:10 and 8:13 PM, depending on the observer’s location. Favorable weather conditions are expected to allow for clear viewing of the astronomical event. Hundreds of people have already gathered in Prague’s Riegrovy Sady park to observe the eclipse. Live footage from the park is being offered by Novinky news. This eclipse is considered the most significant astronomical event of the year for the region.
