The Head of the Wamena District Court, Hirmawan Agung Wicaksono, has officially inaugurated five members of the Mamberamo Tengah Regency Regional People's Representative Council (DPRK). These council members were appointed through the customary law pathway, also referred to as the autonomy route. The inauguration took place in Wamena, the capital of Jayawijaya Regency, in the Papua Pegunungan province of Indonesia.
