The New Zealand sharemarket has moved back into positive territory for the first time in four months. This recovery follows a total gain of 0.9% over the course of the week. The market successfully rebounded after previously shaking off shocks related to fuel prices and conflict in Iran. During the most recent session, the S&P/NZX 50 Index showed strong trading activity in the afternoon. The index eventually closed at 13,618.42, marking an increase of 36.23 points. This closing figure represents a percentage gain of 0.27% for the day. Prior to this climb, the index had reached a morning low of 13,565.09.
