Nigeria’s National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) has announced a significant crackdown on illicit drug trafficking over the past five years. Chairman Buba Marwa revealed that the agency seized over 14.8 million kilograms of various illegal drugs during this period. This extensive operation also resulted in the arrest of 77,859 individuals suspected of involvement in drug-related crimes.
