The Bank of Industry (BOI) in Nigeria has initiated a N250 billion (approximately $330 million) bond offer, the first in a planned $1 billion multi-currency program. Subscriptions for the Series 1 Fixed Rate Bond began on August 5th and will conclude on August 11th. This financing aims to provide long-term capital for businesses operating within key sectors of the Nigerian economy. The bond issuance, managed through BOI Financing SPV Plc, signals a strategic move to bolster industrial growth and economic diversification. Proceeds will be directed towards funding a wide range of projects across prioritized industries.
