Subscriptions for the Series 1 Fixed Rate Bond began on August 5th and will conclude on August 11th. This financing aims to provide long-term capital for businesses operating within key sectors of the Nigerian economy. The bond issuance, managed through BOI Financing SPV Plc, signals a strategic move to bolster industrial growth and economic diversification. Proceeds will be directed towards funding a wide range of projects across prioritized industries. This initiative represents a significant step in strengthening the BOI’s capacity to support Nigerian entrepreneurs and contribute to sustainable development. The bond is expected to attract both institutional and retail investors.
