Construction is underway in Brno’s Židenice district for a new senior living facility on Nopova Street. Replacing a building from the 1970s demolished last September, the new complex will boast an increased capacity of 300 places, up from the original 225. The development consists of two buildings designed to be low-energy consumption structures. Residents will benefit from an expanded therapeutic garden and a green roof, enhancing the living environment. The entire project, including both construction and future operation, is being privately funded. This expansion signifies a commitment to providing increased and improved care for the city’s senior population.
