Bangladesh’s Road Transport and Bridges Minister has announced the Kachpur Inter-District Bus Terminal is expected to be completed within six months. The new terminal will partially relocate operations from the Dhaka-Sayedabad Bus Terminal, aiming to alleviate traffic congestion in the capital. The Kachpur terminal is intended to streamline bus traffic and reduce overcrowding at the existing Sayedabad facility.
