This project, spearheaded by Petrom and Romgaz – Romania’s largest gas producers – signifies a potential boost to the country’s energy independence. Extraction of the first gas molecules from the Black Sea is now anticipated in the near future. The project represents considerable investment and dedication to unlocking the Black Sea's natural gas reserves. This development promises to contribute noticeably to regional energy security.
