A report by Australian platform “Mining” indicates a surge in activity within Morocco’s mining sector, driven by advancements in titanium and antimony projects. Specifically, a pilot processing plant has been launched for the “Titan Beach” project, spanning 192 square kilometers and boasting a titanium oxide concentration of 14.9 percent. The report anticipates this project will significantly bolster the titanium supply chain. Further developments in antimony mining are also contributing to this positive trend. These projects signal new horizons for the Kingdom’s mining industry and potential economic growth. The findings were published by Hespress, a Moroccan online newspaper. This increased investment positions Morocco as a growing player in the global mineral market.
