Morocco and Portugal signed a new agreement in Rabat on Wednesday to mutually recognize driving licenses. The deal, signed by Morocco’s Minister of Transport and Logistics, Abdel Samad Qiyouh, and Portugal’s Minister of Infrastructure and Housing, Miguel Pinto Luz, aims to streamline travel and facilitate transportation between the two countries. The agreement covers the recognition of licenses for both driving and exchange purposes. This collaboration seeks to strengthen overall cooperation in the transport sector between Morocco and Portugal. The move is expected to ease travel for citizens of both nations and promote stronger bilateral relations. The agreement represents a step towards greater mobility and connectivity between North Africa and Europe.
