Moroccan judicial police conducted a series of security operations across several cities, including Marrakech, Oulad Teima, Salé, and Inezgane. These actions were carried out in coordination with the General Directorate of Territorial Surveillance. Between June 18 and 19, authorities successfully seized 36,610 units of fireworks and flares. Five individuals suspected of possessing and trafficking these flammable materials were arrested during the raids. The operations were executed as separate interventions to curb the illegal distribution of pyrotechnics. These measures aim to prevent potential accidents and maintain public safety. The crackdown highlights a coordinated effort by national security services to target illegal trade networks.
