Moroccan researcher Jawad Ghassal successfully defended his doctoral thesis at Ibn Tofail University in Kenitra on Wednesday. The thesis, titled “Communication Strategies in Judicial Systems – A Comparative Study,” explores approaches to communication within legal frameworks. The discussion took place before a scientific committee chaired by Mohammed Zarou, Dean of the Faculty of Languages, Arts and Humanities in Kenitra. Professor Hassan Lchakar supervised the work, with the Mediator of the Kingdom also present on the committee. Ghassal’s research provides a comparative analysis of communication strategies employed by different judicial systems. The work contributes to understanding and potentially improving communication within the Moroccan justice system and beyond. The defense marks a significant academic achievement for Ghassal and adds to the body of knowledge on judicial transparency and accessibility.
